Sleeveless top in vintage French linen damask. Wear as waistcoat, blouse, jacket, shirt or sleeveles summer top

Our sleeveless blouse. Designed for those hot-hot summer days when you want to look good but be cool and comfortable too. Also looks great worn in cooler weather with a tee shirt underneath or unbuttoned as a waistcoat. I originally created this for myself, to wear when I'm out buying at French markets - it has a high round neck to protect the decolletage but is sleeveless so doesn't create bad tan lines! This top is made from a 1950s vintage French linen-cotton damask in a warm salmony-peach with pale golden flowers and is teamed with vintage buttons (one spare provided). The top is wonderfully comfortable to wear and is attractive over jeans, shorts or skirts long and short. Designed to be loose fitting, it sits over the waist to create a flattering silhouette that'll take you from beach to dinner without missing a beat. All our fabrics are soaked and laundered before making up commences. Washing: Machine wash gentle cycle up to 40 degrees.
